  Most any common type format (PDF, JPG, BMP, TIF, etc...) is fine. If you have a specific file type that may be of help (ACAD, 3D model etc..) please call us and we will work to find a method to use your information.
  
• Fax: Please feel free to fax us your project and any other information you think needed to: 281-596-6986
   
• Snail mail / Over night: Please feel free to send your project and other information via U.S. Postal service, FedEx, UPS, local courier, or any other means. We are located in Stafford Texas (just south west of Houston) and our address is:

• Pick Up: If your local and would prefer to meet with us directly we will be happy to come to your office and sit with you to review your project or meet you on site somewhere and take photos or sketches.
  If your not local (in the Houston area) we will still be more than happy to come meet with you at your clients expense, however we will require a bit more time to make needed arrangements. 

Note - Upon submission of your project please be sure to include the following important information:

1. A phone number or e-mail address with which to confirm we received your request and to contact you should we have any questions.
   
2. A matter or reference name/number so we can easily locate your project on our server. This will also be used for reference on your invoice.
   
3. A date in which you would like the project completed by. We will gladly do our best to accommodate any timeframe you may encounter but greatly appreciate as much lead time as you can spare. Minor changes and revisions in many cases will be returned the same or next business day.
